Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Initiate outreach, cold calls, and hunting to identify new sales opportunities in sales, letting, and management.
- Client Engagement: Persuade and guide clients through the buying or renting process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Business Development: Bring new properties for sales, letting, and management.
- Documentation Management: Handle all necessary documentation, including Malpot and bank requirements, ensuring smooth post-deal processing.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to streamline processes and efforts.
- Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with existing clients to maintain positive relationships and encourage future business.
- Tenant Screening: Perform background checks, credit evaluations, and reference checks for prospective tenants.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement creative marketing plans, conduct property showings, and process rental applications to attract and retain clients.
- Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into satisfied customers.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content that highlights our properties and appeals to clients.
- Field Visits: Perform field visits for property inspections, swings, documentation, etc.
- Deal Closing: Successfully close deals for sales, letting, and management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Specifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or real estate is preferred.
- Experience: Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Skills:
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Overcome objections and challenges effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
