The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a primary focus on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Regularly monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to produce multimedia content (such as videos, live streams, and stories) suitable for social media platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Actively engage with the audience in front of the camera through live streaming, video content, and other interactive formats to foster community building and brand loyalty.
- Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad targeting to maximize the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Google Ads campaigns, optimize bidding strategies, and adjust campaign settings as needed to achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media marketing and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across various platforms.
- Experience with Google Ads setup, management, and optimization, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign targeting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey brand messaging in front of the camera.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute innovative social media and Google Ads campaigns.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
