• Greet guests warmly and professionally, catering to their needs throughout their stay,
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously,
• Ensure accurate and updated information on room availability, rates, and restrictions,
• Develop strategies to boost bookings, such as crafting special promotions and adjusting rates,
• Monitor revenue performance and occupancy levels, adjusting rates and promotions to maximize revenue,
• Process OTA reservations and payments accurately, including managing credit card transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Plan sightseeing tours, select routes and attractions, and schedule activities.
• Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and other staff to ensure seamless tour execution.
• Develop contingency plans to address logistical challenges and ensure tour success.

Other Specification: 

• Bachelor's degree or Additional education or certifications in hospitality or administration are a plus. 
• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Proficiency in using computers and office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Polite and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation. 
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure. 
• Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) is advantageous.
