About the Business

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Designation:  Sales and Marketing Officer

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

Experience: 2 Years to 4 Years in Product Sales (Product related Industries like Paint, Liquor, Cement, FMCG) Must have handled following responsibilities in the past role

• Monitoring a team and ensuring sales.
• Data analysis and reporting used MS- Excel

Responsibilities:

• To manage, train, coach a team of 15 experienced salesperson and manage sales of salesperson and distribution hubs
• To ensure stock holding as per company rules

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
