- Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms,
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, and videos, that align with the company's brand identity and resonate with the target audience,
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community,
- Campaign Development: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation,
- Social Listening: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations in the social media space. Use insights to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities,
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the success of social media efforts. Use data to inform future strategies,
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies,
- Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with changes in social media algorithms, features, and best practices. Implement new strategies to keep the company's social media presence fresh and effective
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field,
- Experience: Freshers or professional experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and community growth,
- Platform Proficiency: Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices for each,
- Creative Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus,
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively,
- Analytics Skills: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy,
