MC Group is seeking a talented and creative Advertise Creator to join our dynamic team in Chabahil, Kathmandu. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and impactful advertisements for various platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing advertisements for print, digital, and social media platforms
• Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and animations to enhance advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
• Ensure that all advertisements adhere to brand guidelines and messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends and technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in advertisement design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other design software
• Strong understanding of visual communication principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
