Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Cook in a professional kitchen 
• Proficiency in various cuisine
• Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to menu development and recipe innovation
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
