• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area and manage appointments.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and events.
• Keep records of guests, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
• Provide basic administrative support, including document handling and data entry.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor.
