• Develop visual concepts and create designs across various mediums, including digital and print, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual elements for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs.
• Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback into the final deliverables.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all platforms and campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Job Specification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. 
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field. 
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. 
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator. 
• A strong eye for visual composition. 
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism. 
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. 
• Experience with computer-aided design.
