Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective Japanese language lessons for students of varying levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment that fosters student participation and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the Japanese program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
