Job Summary:
The Jr. Store Assistant will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations, maintain the store’s aesthetic, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.

           Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and support the primary host during client visits.
• Set up store displays and conduct daily jewelry checks.
• Handle packaging, billing, and cash receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, lighting, and ambiance.
• Support stock management and biweekly stock tallying.
• Maintain visitor logs and client data, and assist in appointment tracking.
• Monitor and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Report updates, customer feedback, and operational concerns.
• Ensure proper handling of company gadgets and assets.
   
  Requirements:
   
• Previous experience in a luxury retail or boutique environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, POS systems, and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and across different store locations.
• Female candidates only, above 25 years of age.
  
  Education & Qualifications:
   
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
  
  Salary & Benefits:
   
• Basic Salary: Rs. 20,000–25,000 per month.
