Job Description
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Handle basic data entry and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Skills:
