Well Education Hub is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued students, parents, and visitors. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or areas
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and preparing documents
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong time management and organizational skills
