Welink Consultancy and Training Centre Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Warmly greet visitors and clients, answering phones and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing mail, and preparing documents.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and functioning properly.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by management.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
