• Greet and assist customers in selecting ice cream, beverages, and related items.
• Provide information about flavors, toppings, and promotions.
• Handle cash, digital payments, and maintain accurate billing.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and serving area.
• Restock ice cream, cones, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain friendly customer service and resolve minor complaints.
• Assist in inventory management and daily sales reporting.

Other Specification 

• Prior experience in sales/food service preferred (but not mandatory).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
