mc group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in Chabahil, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's calendar and schedule appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team management experience
• Security awareness and ability to handle confidential information
