White Feathers Jewellers is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Salesperson to join our team. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury jewellery showroom.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales care
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately
- Maintain product displays and overall showroom cleanliness
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and trends in jewellery

Requirements:

- Minimum +2 (intermediate) education; Bachelor’s preferred
- Previous experience in jewellery or luxury retail is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
