Job Description

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Shoot and edit engaging product videos and promotional content.
Plan and schedule posts to maintain consistent brand presence.
Create visually appealing and brand-consistent posts (images, reels, stories).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign ideas and promotions.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.

Other Specification
Proven experience managing business accounts on major social platforms.
Strong video shooting and editing skills (using mobile apps or editing software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
