We are looking for a passionate and skilled Swimming Coach to conduct private and group sessions for children (up to 16 years), from basic to advanced levels. The ideal candidate should have strong swimming abilities, good communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with kids. Fluency in both English and Nepali is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and one-on-one swimming lessons for kids
• Design structured, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Observe and assess individual progress
• Maintain high safety standards in and around the pool
• Communicate with parents in both English and Nepali
• Motivate and create a positive learning environment for kids
• Collaborate with management on session structure and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a swimming coach/trainer
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques (beginner to advanced)
• Fluent in English and Nepali
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training children up to age 16
• Certification in swimming instruction or lifeguarding (preferred)
• Patient, energetic, and child-friendly personality
