• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
• Address customer questions or concerns with a positive attitude
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Process payments and handle billing when required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SEE / +2 preferred
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays
