Casino Palace is searching for HR Head who will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's overall objectives,
- Provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters,
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent,
- Develop and oversee effective onboarding and orientation programs,
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling,
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies,
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and respectful work environment,
- Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver relevant training initiatives,
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR systems and records,
- Plan and organize employee events, recognition programs, and other engagement activities,
- Monitor employee morale and satisfaction and take proactive measures to address concerns,
- Nepali typing is plus.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization,
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations,
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
