• Provide professional counseling to students seeking to study in Australia.
• Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capacity to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Guide students through application processes, admission requirements, and documentation.
• Explain Australian visa processes, GTE requirements, and compliance regulations.
• Liaise with Australian universities, colleges, and education providers to process applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian education policies, programs, and immigration guidelines.
• Assist with scholarship applications where applicable.
• Maintain accurate student records and track application statuses.
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to company growth.
• Support in seminars, workshops, and promotional events related to studying in Australia.

Other Specification 

• QEAC certification would be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience as an education counsellor, preferably for Australia.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Australian education systems and visa requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Professional, approachable, and student-focused attitude.
