Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in clients, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls and emails, route inquiries to the appropriate department.
Maintain student registration records and appointment schedules.
Provide accurate information regarding test preparation (IELTS/PTE) and overseas education services.

Other Specifications:

Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role (experience in education consultancy is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Friendly, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
