Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client health, fitness level, and goals.
Develop customized training plans based on individual client needs.
Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and equipment use.
Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
Track and document client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
Ensure the training environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.

Proven experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
Certification from a recognized fitness organization.
In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
