As a recruiter in a recruitment company specializing in the fields of hiring teachers, models and live streamers along with documentation services, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, addressing candidate inquiries and providing timely feedback through-out the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with Chinese Industry trends, practices in the recruitment and relevant employment laws, policies and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact
• Effectively with the team, candidates and clients.
• Experience 1 year work experience in any industry
• Need to visit office 2 times a week

Working time Weekday: 12am-8pm (China time)/ 10:00 am-6:00 pm (Nepali Time) 
Basic salary: NRS 20,000 (after tax) + commission (generally 20k-30k)

Probation period: 1 months

Probation salary: NRS 15,000 (after tax)

Paid holiday: 10 days in a year
