The Customer Relation Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRO acts as a bridge between the company and its clients, aiming to enhance the customer experience and long-term loyalty.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
Educate customers about company products, services, and policies.
Assist in onboarding new customers and providing guidance on service use.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to meet customer needs.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare reports on customer insights.
Other Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Additional certifications in customer service.
1–2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Academic background In science is preferred.
Experience in Invitro & Diagnostic Sector is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
