We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead Saauzi’s multi-channel customer acquisition efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing in-house sales executives and field agents, onboarding channel partners, and optimizing our overall sales operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, an effective team leader, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for team members and distribution channels
Segment markets based on industry, region, or customer profile
Sales Channel Management
Lead direct B2B sales through in-person meetings, cold outreach, and product demonstrations
Manage digital sales channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and WhatsApp
Build and expand Saauzi’s nationwide field sales agent network, including recruitment, training, and supervision
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with reseller agencies, affiliates, business consultants, and local government bodies
Oversee lead generation efforts across all channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimizing conversion rates
Sales Team Development
Hire, train, and manage in-house sales executives and regional sales agents
Design and conduct regular sales training sessions on product features, objection handling, and customer engagement
Provide daily supervision, weekly performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to sales staff
Define sales territories, assign sales quotas, and ensure fair and measurable performance metrics for agents
Customer Engagement & Account Management
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs and pain points
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions tailored to specific industries
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
Market Expansion & Intelligence
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho currently, and Saauzi in the future)
Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and effectiveness of lead sources
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for senior leadership
Ensure operational excellence across all customer acquisition processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align messaging and generate qualified leads
Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings
Contribute to brand-building and customer education through events, webinars, and expos
Other SpecificationÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of Nepal’s SMB ecosystem and digital transformation trends
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams
Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Nepali (both written and spoken)
